An invitation back to self through sensory exploration.Join in on this unique mindfulness session crafted with intention to stimulate the senses, enhance bodily awareness, and regulate the nervous system.
The class will last approximately 60min and will be broken down into three-parts:10min pranayama (breath) | 30min asana (yin yoga) | 20min dhyana (meditation)
